Book Publishing

I am looking for a Publisher who can publish my book on a “Print on Demand System” or some other arrangment which is exciting. The publisher must also be able to do indexing.
The book has three major aspects:
a) Written text of around 300 pages
b) Between 50-100 colour images and
c) A directory i.e.a spreadsheet of about 2500 names and addresses.
