Video Capturing Program

Video capturing program that will make it possible to record a small video by using a webcam on a user’s computer with the ability to save it very easy on any location on the computer.
The user interface must have a button to RECORD, PREVIEW and SAVE, and be customized with our site’s name/logo.
This program will be used for users of a video job posting site, so a way to automatically upload the video to our website can make the difference on choosing your bid.
It needs to be able to run in two versions, for Windows and MAC.
This program will be downloaded from a website so it needs to be small and without requirements.
Max budget is $150.
