Pull Me Script

I am looking for a script (PULL ME) like the sample here at usps.com
I want the finished script to look like an overnight courier package with the “PULL ME” script like in the sample and nothing else, so when the user clicks on that pull me tab, it unzips just like what you see and $100 bills falling out, after it falls out my hyperlinks prompts them to “Click here now to get cash like this!”
I want the project in a full page or standard web page size.
