Looking for a artistic PSD website developer for a design of a website includes a logo, favicon, Home page (basically it is a search page), Search results page and Common page (which will be used for faq, about and contact and any other future pages).
Developer who has experience in SEO of PSD to CSS and XHTML as they will convert PSD to XHTML and CSS. Must be W3c Compatible. No Tables/TR/TD.
