Phpbb3 Simple Work Done

I need someone experienced in phpbb board version 3.0.5 who does some simple work:
1) Create new page and move Ajax Chat to it: Its currently on top of all pages but I want it to be displayed on its own page
2) See if “pages mod” is working: I have a mod that lets me create static pages which I tested and Im not sure if its working. I created a test page but its nowhere to be found
3) disable Portal: Since I have another project running here on SL for a front page design Id like the Portal to be disbabled but not deleted (who knows I might need it one day)
