Php Pro Bid Modifications

I have a website that I currently have on a test server, before I move it into production. The site address is www.workbuddyonline.com . I am using PHP Pro Bid as a shell for my auction site and what I am looking for is the ability to disable to the bidding feature alltogether. In other words, I want users only to be able to make offers on the auctions and not actually bid on them using incremental bidding which is default. This would require PHP customization.
