Form To Php / Email

I have a form that when filled out and sent, it uses a email client.
I am needing this form to do 2 things.
1) send the details directly to my email (I dont want a shopping cart)
2) return the client to a thankyou page
Dont want people using a email client, just fill out the form – send them to a thankyou page and I get all the details in my email tray.
