Phpmyadmin – Help Needed

I am looking for someone who can give me a detailed step-by-step guide on how to install PHPMYADMIN on our server. Also if you know where we can download this or obtain a copy of it, please let me know as well.
About our server:
- Operating System: Red hat Linux Fedora 8
- Webmin Version: 1.441
- X64 bit
We need this info to help us install the PHPMYADMIN on our server. We are unable to grand root access to the server. If you think you can help me then please send me a PM and place your bid.
