WordPress Thesis Theme

I’m looking for someone’s help on my thesis theme wordpress blog I just started. I currently use wordpress 2.8.4 and thesis 1.5.1
I want to make my site with a similar layout as www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/
You will be working from a clean slate. I have tried making minor changes but nothing drastic.
