Joomla Menu Customization

I need my menu to look exactly like www.overstock.com menu.
I have attached a pdf with the changes that need to be made.
I will give ftp access, and joomla access if needed.
Must be able to communicate through Y! Messenger I will be awarding this project within 12 hours.
