Osticket Expert

Hi,
Im looking for a osTicket.com installation expert.
Once the script is installed there seems to be a problem with the staff/admin section. The admin header section seems to be missing. Please see the screenshots attached. I am familiar with PHP installations.
Please only bid if you are very familiar with osTicket and you have experience in this particular problem with osTicket.
This project will be awarded tuesday/wednesday.
