Flv Player. Megavideo Files

Hello,
I’m looking for a FLV player that can play files from megavideo.com without their ads, and without 72 minutes limit time.
(It will be embedded in my WordPress Site).
I would like it clean and modern.
It can have preloading ads, and overlaying ads (so users can’t skip during that time).
It would be nice to search through video file before loading it (megavideo player has that option).
There is a FLV player outthere capable of doing such things, and it is not expensive at all. But I’d like to have it kind of unique ( my logo, etc.)
Winning programmer will have an opportunity to create more projects for me!
