Decompile Eld Of Tradestation

I need a decompiler program for all encripted or password protected TradeStation ELD files. The program needs to be user friendly, should run on windows and should preserve the structure and all the original names of the variables in the ELD. Needs to take the ELD encripted files as input and convert it into a readable and editable text files, with no errors. All i need is the program, and simple instructions on how to use it
