Bugfixing Virtuemart

I have a virtuemart installation here:
credo-bikes.com/shop.html
Some users expierence problem that they can not add a product to the basket (when selecting “bestellen”) at the bottom of the page.
It works in my environment (winxp, ff3.5, ie8) but I know that some other users can’t add products even they have the exact same installation.
Please fix so that the shop works properly!
