Web Form & Awber

I need to get the designed form on my website working with Aweber. So that when I click the “Get Your Free Consultation Now” it will enter the data into Aweber and send them a confirmation link.
Much like entering name and email but with more information. Must know HTML and web forms very well because this site has a deadline.
This should be an easy job all you guys are talented?
