Need A Forum Created.

I need a forum to be created for myself.
it should be build in PHPbb. I am looking for a user friendly forum, where I can manage posts easily without any confusions. Admin should block user, post. thread, IP at anytime as per admin wish.

I should be able to advertise other company’s on forum. SMileys should also be included.
logo should be included and captcha’s also.
Every feature that a forum has.
