I have a php sports betting monitor script that allows users to make picks (or bets) for sporting events. The script automatically posts the game lines (or contests) from an xml feed and the users enter their picks. They can also enter an HTML writeup with their pick for the game where both of these get placed on their personal page. There is also a page that lists all the users picks and ranks them with standings and records for the current month and the previous month. The script automatically grades the plays and keep track of the records using the scrip. However, today the script doesn’t seem to be showing any games so the users are unable to enter picks. I am unable to reach the coder who designed this.

I also need some alterations done to this script as well as far as administration options which include; allowing me to edit a pick after the user has entered the pick, allow me to edit a record and fix a pick or game score if a mistake has been made.

I will explain how the script works and the coder can go through it to see the issues and make the alterations.

BACKGROUND: (To help you understand what the current php file includes)

I currently have a members area for an online training site that contains 30 lessons.

I am using aMember to handle to membership, and I’m using the jquery accordian function to show and hide each lesson (see attached screen shot for example).

The current php file (also attached) pulls each lesson onto the page from the amember database, along with an incremental plugin that provides lessons to the member over time based on when they joined.

PROJECT: Everything works perfectly, and I am looking for the ability to add a “MARK COMPLETE” option to each lesson that the user can tick when they have completed each lesson to easily keep track of what they’ve completed.

The function also needs to include a cookie so the member’s choices are ‘remembered’ through time. I suppose this is a typical check/uncheck capability.

I am not necessarily requesting that plugin, although anything similar would do the trick (check/uncheck, etc.)

Any programming language that does the trick is also acceptable. Please let me know what other files or info you need to move forward.

ATTACHMENTS: The php file attachment shows the current code on the working page. Lines 183 – 187 is the code for each active lesson where the ‘Complete’ button would need to go.

I would require few specific customizations in Moodle LMS. They are:

1. Authenticate users’ login with LDAP and other database to pull out information on user name, id, role, division, office location and reporting manager name/id. I need the customized PHP page for this login based on the mockup information from LDAP for above fields.

2. Based on the user information, I need to assign a specific IP for each user through predefined reference from a database table. When the user tries to launch a course, the user specific IP will be used to redirect the page and launch the course from the specified IP. This shouldn’t impact the SCORM communication between course and LMS.

Since, it’s remote work, I would need the completed files to work when I copy these to my LMS folder (as per your instructions on the folder/files to be copied/replaced.

We are working on an eBook store project. We want sellers to have accounts, where they can upload books in their entirity or on a chapter basis. We then want to allow sellers to set prices for their books, which can then be downloaded in different formats. (We will take care of the scripting for conversion of the ebooks, but we need the options for different formats to be downloaded)

Buyers will be able to purchase books or chapters of a book as they come out, and will have a “bookshelf” area where they can keep track and re-download their purchased items. eBooks need to have a “preview” of the first 3 chapters for free. This could be done via pdf or an online flash reader. Buyers also need to be able to review books, with text and a five star rating.

The site owner will get a percentage of sales. A seller will be paid monthly. This needs to be taken care of on a back end. The site will accept only paypal for now, and will send sellers their payments via paypal.

The back end side will be to manage approval of new books/chapters submitted. It will also track seller payments, book/chapter sales, and site income. Buyer and Seller accounts need to be managed as well. There will be no monthly “fees” to be a member either way.

Here is the concept I am building in Flash:
Imagine a black screen onto which slowly a pair of eyes, an outline of a nose, hat and a wisp of a mouth appear. Suddenly, two hands in white gloves appear. They start out in the open position, but then point inward to a small explosion of stars or “magic dust” out of which an image like a photo but actually a moving picture floats slowly from left to right between the hands. The movie is of a man wearing a gold necklace. The eyes look down and follow the floating image. Then the right hand tosses the image up into the top left-hand corner of the screen as it reduces in size. Repeat the process with a bracelet, broach, ring, etc. Then the hands open again and the logo “Perfection” appears. A smile comes across the face. Then all dissolves and the navigational elements–the pictures that were tossed to the top of the screen–arrange themselves as squares on the page which can then be clicked to enter the shopping cart and see the available merchandise.

What I need from my illustrator is the hat, face and hands of the “magician”. The hat is a simple line and but one rendering will do. The eyes will travel from center to down and in down position from the right hand to the left. I will need 4 renderings of the eyes (center, center down, right down, left down) although the latter two could simply be one image mirrored. For the hands, I will need 5 positions (open outward, pointing inward, a midpoint between those two, and two more midpoints between the midpoint and the open and pointing positions). I will also need one illustration of the hand with the index finger and thumb joined. Flicking the photo will simply be a motion tween rotating around the wrist of that last illustration.

Looking for a webdesigner/programmer to help get a one-page website published and looking great. I have done a draft of the graphics and layout work in FrontPage, but you need to fix it up:

- Fix the layout. There are spaces where there should not be spaces, and text layout needs to be properly aligned.

- Maybe adjust sizing of some graphics to fit properly.

- Make the page easily editable for me, because in the future I will be updating it in Front Page or another HTML editing program.

- Create a very simple contact form on the bottom of the page.

For some reasons our templates are not being cached right, need help asap

I am looking for someone to code a Video Upload script.

I already have the feature to take a screenshot out of the uploaded file, So the direct upload will need to include this function.

I want it so they can upload mpeg/avi etc and they will be converted to a FLV file.

ffmpeg is installed on the server and has the codec x264

When they upload a file it will need to show a progress bar of the file uploading to the website.

Then once the file is uploaded it may take 1-10 minutes for the server to convert to FLV i don’t want the user to have to hold on the same page, This needs to go into a queue and process it while the user can view other parts of the website (This is simalar to youtube, Video goes into processing mode after uploaded)

Would like this done in PHP can use Ajax for the progress bar if needed.
