No need to integrate with other applications like skype etc. Administrator user should be able to disable/enable users. This VoIP application should be developed on SIP protocol. But the preferred targeted OS is Symbian since it is the most popular mobile OS. Full source code with proper comments is required.

I was wondering if you could add a side profile of a knight’s helmet and visor on top of the shield and a tip of a sword at the bottom of the shield.
