I am looking to create a website with a fairly simple process and which extends and/or customizes some functionality I currenty have.

I have attached a simple flow diagram to layout what I am looking for with some screen shots.

The basics are as such-
Client Lead gets a mailing with a PRIVATE ID (I handle this offline)
Lead goes to website enters ID.
Website then customizes some text and populates some data fields by pulling the associated data from a pre-populated MYSQL db.
Lead finishes inputing data and submits form.

I currently have a third party tool (homeinsight.info) which is used to submit the form. See attached html file for example. You can play with this form to see how it works. If you want to use this form for testing to see how it works, use 2871 N Speer Blvd, Denver, CO 80221 as the address.

In the end I need to submit the appropriate data to the form as it kicks off some other backend processes.

I want to create a new generic front page which simply accepts the PRIVATE ID like in the attached doc file.

Then I want to perform the following updates once the ID has been entered.

My first thought was to customize and extend the existing 3rd party form for this specific purpose. I would like to add some customized text to the page based on the PRIVATE ID and also pre-populate the form data fields based on the PRIVATE ID. I also want to be able to remove my picture, logo, and other identifying details so it is a generic site.

If it is not possilbe to customize the existing form then I am willing to create a new page which captures all the information and then passes it to the main homeinsight form for processing so the backend process still gets kicked off.

I would also like to capture the leads name and email and pass it to an Aweber form to be added to another list. I attached another file which included the aweber script.

Finally I would like the record in the DB to be marked so I know which ones have been requested.

Looking into the script of the actual homeinsight form I see the following – form action=”RequestDetails.asp?Q0LVLMT40VSC” method=”post” name=”MSRequest” ID=”Form1″ onSubmit=”return submitWidget();”

We’re looking for a programmer to create a script that randomly pulls different CSS sheets each time the home page of our site is reloaded. The intent is to create a revolving set of different design versions of the same pages that will showcase a variety of design styles.

This job will likely involve javascript and an example of this at work can be had by contacting us on the message board for the link of a firm using this on their site (do NOT lift this and copy their code!! You must have the ability to make this script uniquely. Their site will only be for example!).

Additionally, there must be a function for users to change the look by clicking a link on the page itself (the example site also has this feature).

I have a php script that is using a mysql database to put temporary data in that it later truncates.

I want to get rid of this unneccesary load on my database and store that temporary information in arrays instead if possible.

The tables in the database that I am refeering to is game_blackjack_asztal1 to game_blackjack_asztal10

If you look true the code you will understand what I mean and probably what I want to do. The variables being echoed out from this php script need to have the same “names” cause of the flash part of the program that fetches them later. So thoose variables need to stay the same, just want to store the data in arrays instead of in the database.

I’m a pin-up photographer and I want to sell an iPhone app of my photos, essentially an app that lets you browse pictures of sexy models. It can function almost identically to the iPhone’s built in photo viewer.

An example of what I want can be seen in the app “top100 lite” (FREE), or “The Sexy Ladies of Show” (99cents).

Here’s a summary of how my app would work:

1. Title Screen
2. Main Menu: Scroll vertically through thumbnails of all the models.
3. Clicking on a model takes you to her thumbnail gallery.
4. Click on any thumbnail, and you can see the photo full screen.
5. Photos should be Hi-Res, so users can zoom in on them.
6. Tapping the screen reveals top menu bar, and bottom menu bar. Top menu back button lets user navigate back one level.
Bottom Menu lets user: Set current photo as Wallpaper, Email Photo, or Save to Camera Roll.
7. In total there will be about 30 models, each with 10-20 pics.
Roughly 500 pics total, that need to be stored within the app so users can use it without an internet connection.

That’s basically it. I am registered as an iPhone developer to sell stuff in the app store. Please let me know how much this will cost to build. I can provide all the menu artwork and photos in any format needed.

This seems like a relatively simple job, would like quick turnaround.
Also, potential for further work with ongoing monthly updates.

I have several online stores constructed using CS cart.
What would be useful is if a PDF catalogue could be created dynamically, so that it contains the latest data. it would then be available for the customer to download and print or for sending via email.
Many customers request a catalogue to be emailed to them so this would be a good solution.
This would have to be a solution that I could apply to all my stores, each residing on different Domains.

This project was done one year ago this month. This is an advertising program or directory listing which clients use to place ads on our site.

They have the option of adding a graphic banner to their ad.

A problem has cropped up when I try to add a graphic to the clients ad
it will not work.

There are two version of this project. The version for experts works perfectly. The version for lawyers will not accept banner graphics even though it is just a copy of the experts version

So there is probably just a link or path problem in the lawyers version which is causing this problem

You cannot look at the problem online unless I give you access which I am not going to do until I see bids.
