1. Main admin.
a. Main admin will create accounts in five folders (A,B,C,D,E) the admin will be able to choose one of the five folder.
b. On the creating account form there will be the following details, 1. Name of organisation, address, telephone no, charity reg no, bank name, bank account no, bank sortcode.
c. Admin will see the yearly details the user will input, he will have the option to choose which year he wants to see for example 2008, 2009

The project is to create a basic shopping cart that can be used to pass order information to the Plimus e-commerce system for processing.

Instead of having all the pictures on there in a big table like we have now, we want to have a photo slideshow like the one at http://www.gottesmanresidential.com/homes/7630SpicewoodSpringsRoad/index.htm. We like the placement of this on the page and the size of the window (500×330 pixels), but it can be taller if the thumbnails need to be below the picture.

You are welcome to use a pre-existing solution, but we need the following features, so please read closely. It doesn’t have to be exactly the same as the link above, but we want features such as:
- thumbnails or numbers showing so the end user can see how many pictures there are and click on either numbers or thumbnail pictures to see an enlargement
- auto generation of thumbnails (we don’t want to have to create two different versions of each picture)
- a pause feature
- a speed setting feature so we can slow down or speed up the rotation as we wish
- we want the solution to allow us to upload photos to a directory within each house listing’s folder and for that to be how images are added or deleted for each listing — no editing of an xml file as the client is not technical enough to do that.

Description:
HALP stands for Hymns, Agpeya, Litrugies, and Praises.
The app will have five sections on the bottom: Hymns, Agpeya,
Litrugies, Praises, and More…

The point of the App is to provide text, organized into categories,
sub-categories, and sub-sub-categories. Text is in English, Arabic, &
Coptic (similar to Greek, fonts available online). There should be a
shortcut available at all times to switch languages for the current
reading selection. Also, there will be shortcuts to different sections
(always with-in the same category) with in text.

There is about 50MB worth of text in .doc format that will be provided
for the HALP portion.

The “More…” Section will contain a “word search”, “book marks”,
“text size”, “sign-in”, and “blog”.

Users will be able to sign-up with username and email (optional:picture, gender, age, country (state if US) and city all
editable after sign-up). Sign-in requires username & password.

Users can post text only on the blog, email to be kept confidential.

Programmer is responsible for setting up databases and hosting, to be
taken over by the developer when finished.

1. How Text will be displayed? Will it be with previous/next buttons
of particular section ?

Text should be displayed like it is in SS1 (attached).
The button up top(American Standard Version) should be either a
shortcut to Arabic, English or Coptic/French (depending if its in the
Agpeya or not), or can be a shortcut to a page with available
languages (whatever is easier for you). Clicking on this shortcut, or
on the language from the language page, should bring th end-user to
the same exact paragraph as he was reading before, now in that
different language.

If you’ve noticed, the first three sections of every “Hour” in the
Agpeya are the same, “The Lord’s Prayer”, “The Prayer of
Thanksgiving”, and “Psalm 50″. The body should be taken out of each
hour and put separate, reachable by a shortcut link, at the beginning
of each hour.

Yes, there should also be previous/next buttons (refer to SS1 again),
to go to next sections, hours, chapters, songs. But you should not be
leaving the Agpeya, for example, or switch languages, when reading the
Agpeya in a certain language when hitting the previous/next buttons.

2. What’s the Chat ? Will the user be able to chat with each other ?
By joining a Room ?

Chat is what it says. There will be a chat room for each “Church”
accessible by anyone who has registered with the app. Also, registered
users should be able to send private messages to other registered
users, only if both are online. No email should have to be used. The
list of rooms was provided in the Addendum 1 Specs, and should be
search-able by Country and State/Province (State/Province only if in
USA/Canada).

Please see SS2. I would like to see the native iPhone format of
chatting/texting as in this screen shot from Text+, all iPhone
international keyboards should be accessible (especially Arabic).
Pictures, names and timestamps should be seen for all strings
including who entered and exited the room. History should never be
deleted, however it is not necessary to know who is in the “room” at
any time.

I would also, like to keep available the option for future expansion
to have a RIM Blackberry application where Blackberry users would have
the same chatrooms as iPhone users and both users can chat with each
other. Just keep this in mind while building the database.

3. Will the different languages contain different documents of their sections ?

All documents will have a minimum of English and Arabic translations.

Agpeya – English, Arabic, French
Liturgies – English, Arabic, Coptic
Hymns – English, Arabic
Praises – English, Arabic.”

Take a look at Delta.com. I would like to have the same type of field they use to choose the “Leave” field. So when a user clicks on the field the calendar opens up. I also like the little calendar image and the default mm/dd/yyyy.

Secondly, I would like all the fields to be maditory. Delta also does this if you do not fill in the fields and try to submit. I would like the errors to show up on the same page and not redirect them to a second page.
