I would like someone to re-write the attached document, eliminating alot of the tedious details so the project ends up more in the 50 page range. The book should be totally non-technical and provide the reader (an offline business owner) with a basic knowledge of what it takes to succeed in today’s marketplace. My dedicated server has expectantly slowed down considerably today and I need a server admin to diagnose the problem and fix it. Looking at my WHM Service Status and Process Manager pages I am unable to determine a cause for the server being so slow. The CPU and Memory loads are lower than normal.

I run wordpress, pligg and vbulletin on the server and it seems that vBulletin has become entirely unusable because of the slowdown so I have had to temporarily disable all plugins, otherwise it displays a mysql error message.

It should be activated on a per post basis, and each post can use a seperate email list.

I would like to change the sort order of the tickets… when a user or staff or admin displays the tickets, resolved, or unresolved, it starts with the oldest to newest and I would like it to be newest to oldest, so that old tickets are on page 17, not todays!

I came across the APIs:
GetIpInterfaceEntry & SetIpInterfaceEntry.

When I use GetIpInterfaceEntry, I can determine the interface metric for all the interfaces correctly. However when I try to use the SetIpInterfaceEntry to change the interface metric, it gives me an error 0×57 (ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER).

I did some tracing into the API and determined that the error is coming from an internal call to NsiSetAllParameters().

Any pointers greatly appreciated. We need to do this programatically – so either a WMI script that works, or a C++ or managed application is fine.
