I need either a php script or possible an app for a API posting project.

The app/script will post data from a csv to the tagally api.

Currently tagally dont have a open api but they do have a WordPress plugin that post data from a WP blog to their site..

Ive looked over the plugin and can see that the plugin is posting via xml information from the wp database based on tags etc.. This should be quite straight forward to replicate but posting via a php script & csv.

Please take a look at it and see what information needs to be contained in the csv for posting.. I will be posting thosuands of pages from thousands of domains, so this needs to be taken into account..

I think because of this that the script/app needs to be able to handle multiple proxies.. Using a different proxy for each domains links etc.

I need a custom parser that can parse the Shoebuy data feed located at http://extranet.shoebuy.com/affiliates/feed.txt against my database ( i am using datafeedstudio.com script) and create the categories if they do not exist and assign the products to their matching categories if they have not already been assigned.

to be read, it will read the data and make the
conversion/data additions.

The interface will provide Drop-downs that list my DB fields, and another set of drop downs that list all the fields in the CSV file.

I can then select from saved mappings or create a new mapping

For the field that I label as CATEGORY and SUB CATEGORY I will need to be able to denote whether the field may have one or more categories in it or not and the delimeter seperating the additional categories/subcategories.

For example: In the Shoebuy CSV feed the DEPARTMENT field could have
Men, Teen Guys (The categories to be created would be Dr. Martens for Men, and Dr. Martens for Teen Guys.), the CATEGORY field has Leather Sandals (The sub-category under Dr. Martens for Men would be Dr. Martens Leather Sandals for Men and Dr. Martens for Teen Guys would be Dr. Martens Leather Sandals for Teen Guys.)

Additionally The category and subcategory should
have an option to prepend and/or append the name with a value from one of the fields combined with text. Example: The category Men could be prepended with the field Manufacturer and the words for. If the manufacturer was Nike the category name would be Nike for Men.

It will check for duplicates of cats/subcats/items. Finally, It will write the report showing how many items were added, which items were added, and how many new cats/subcats were created,
and how many skipped. etc…

Ideally, you should have past experience in developing application with WHOIS databases.

Develop a site with it’s own WHOIS db, whereby users can do two things:

1) input a US domain name: .com .net .org .biz .info .us, or a registrant name, an address, or an email address. Provide both unlabeled key word fields for these types of queries, as well as specific fields to search, and an option to search Any and All terms.

2) Input an IP address, and display all the domain names known by that IP. (optional–please state in your bid if this is included).

The results will display how many sites match the query, presumably by the same owner. Provide standardized pricing information both for various quantities of domains to be revealed, and monthly membership information option pricing, in this result page. If a member is a member, do not display pricing information.

After user payment, display the matching records.

Additional features:

1)Add filters and a warning when common values match, such as emails or registrant names like domainsbyproxy, etc.

Project requires an import of all registered domains from which to query. You will need to find a reliable list from which to regularly and automatically query.

Quote A) if Whois with contact info is not license-able for download, requiring function to regularly query all the required US domain Whois databases to be at least 90% complete for all .com .net .org .biz .info .us domains. If Whois services limit access to their servers, develop strategies including proxies means to acquire data. Need to reliably acquire records 250,000 domains per day, 365 days a year.

Since the size of the db will be quite large, only store required data; Registrant, Admin name, address, email, creation date, but provide a link for additional Whois data in each report.

License and include a well respected payment and membership module, complete with CC processing. (I’m not willing to pay for something developed from scratch here on this part of the site, but of course it needs to be integrated.)

Any db will do but should accommodate and perform well with such a large database. Although we are on a budget, please advise in your quote any performance issues. LAMP stack preferred if will perform well.
