Hello I am writing because I would be interested in a quote for the creation of a customized e-commerce site based on zen-cart.
Here is in details:
1. The installation will start with version 1.3.8 with the following languages enabled English / French / German / Spanish

2. Installation of the Italian language (there are already translations that can be found on www.zencartitalia.com

3. Installation of 3 additional templates that I will buy on www.templatemonster.com. These templates usually are made just with English languages. I will need that to be modified for be used with all the languages enabled (French, german, Spanish, Italian). About the graphic part, usually are given with only buttons for English, you will have to send me those images and I will make the version for the other languages, then you will have to install them. Pls consider for this installation some extra time because when I do see the result I might ask some extra changes like sizes of the different boxes, resolutions etc.

4. Installation of 10 plug-in that I will tell you in the future (type dual_pricing_wholesale_pricing, VAT tax code, various types of payment, etc. ..). I will tell you which plug-ins I want to be installed in the course of work

5. I would say that this is the first substantial change (other than installation ..). Currently the registration page client is unique, and I need that heavily modified. At the moment the page is unique but I will need to be modified this ones with 3 different sub-pages (based on who is registering) with different fields on it. This will mean also that the database will need to be modified (about database changes I will be more precise later). About how this 3 sub pages I can be more precise in the future but I think you will be able to give me a quote based on what I said

6. Should be changed to current management of taxation. For now you can apply different taxes depending on the area defined by the back-end. Unfortunately, the Italian/europen legislation work in a different way:
a)European private sales are subject to VAT
b)sales to eu companies are without VAT (but I need to be able to check their documentation before enabling them to buy
c)sales to everybody outside eu (private and company) are without v.a.t.
7). The original installation script (sql files) needs to be modified so that when you start a standard installation of this modified version all the changes made will be installed. What I mean is that you will have to delivery a full package including all the changes and I want to be able to launch the installation script and have installed a clean version of this modified zen-cart

As a general rule will not touch the standard tables of mysql zen cart so all that is necessary will be added to custom tables. For example, for the different registration pages will use the standard tables for normal fields for those that will be added will create ad hoc tables. Upon delivery I will receive a package can install and apart from a copy of all files (php, css and so on) as amended.
This would be only the first part of the job if satisfied proceed to a second tranche.

I want a script that myself or staff can input a list of IP’s and ports information via a text box.

Once this has been submited the script needs to strip the port part off and then check each IP in the list to see if it’s been used on the sites database tables…

I have 3 such tables that would need to be checked but only need the code script for one as once given the script i can change it to look at the other tables as needed…

I would need a flash banner developed that pulls data from an XML file. Data that it would pull out is a)Image Name, b)Duration, c) Name of Promo.

How the flash would work is when you load the flash, it would rotate from 1 image to another using a simple fade in and out effect and it based on the duration that was set, it would show that image for that long. Apart from this, there is a selected 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 that would allow you to switch between the different banners and when you mouse over the numbers the name of the promotion would display in a tooltip format. All design is done for this project, i only need someone who’s strong in Flash, Action scripting & XML to execute this.
