Write the program in Java (with a graphical user interface) and have it calculate and display the mortgage payment amount from user input of the amount of the mortgage and the user’s selection from a menu of available mortgage loans:

- 7 years at 5.35%
- 15 years at 5.5%
- 30 years at 5.75%

Use an array for the mortgage data for the different loans. Read the interest rates to fill the array from a sequential file. Display the mortgage payment amount followed by the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. Add graphics in the form of a chart. Allow the user to loop back and enter a new amount and make a new selection or quit. Please insert comments in the program to document the program.

I need an app where an image of a fish flops around based on the accelerometer. Fish image doesn’t really matter much, but we need sounds to play based on speed of shaking. The fish will make a squishing sound as it flops, it’s very important that the sound plays in time with the shaking, so if the user shakes slowly, the squishing sound will play slowly.

if at all possible, we’d like the app to use a few different squishing sounds so it doesn’t sound choppy or repetitive if shaken quickly. We’re thinking maybe it could randomly pick from a few squishing sounds each time it flops?

The fish will die if shaken for 20 seconds. That’s pretty much it. Very simple app. We will provide the visual assets so you wouldn’t have to generate any of that.

Our goal is to create a set of flashcards for each of the most widely used textbooks.

The flashcards will be compiled into an iPhone application that organizes the terms according to the chapters of the corresponding textbook.

Each textbook will be a separate application, searchable using ISBN, Title, Author, or subject via the iTunes store.

There are two program requirements for this project:

First, we require a Max OS X interface. This program will allow our employees to enter each term and corresponding definition, organized by chapter, along with other pertinent publication information, including ISBN, title, author, and subject. Additionally, the program will allow import of a specially formatted MS Excel file that includes all terms, definitions, and other publication details. Once all flashcard information is entered (or imported), the OS X program will allow the user to “compile to application.” This feature will take all of the terms and definitions and create a unique iPhone application.

Second, we require an iPhone application interface. This interface will be the basis of each textbook application created by the Mac OS X program. When the data entry user clicks “compile to application” from the OS X interface, all entered information will be compiled into this application interface. Applications must be able to be submitted to the iTunes store.
