We’re looking for a .Net application written in VB or C# (your choice) that moves files from the computer it’s installed on to a secured WebDAV folder. The application must be customizable per installation, presumably through an external XML config file.

The application upon initialization will look for a USB-connected digital voice recorder. Files will be copied from the recorder to a working folder on the hard disk. The user must provide user/pass authentication to connect to a specific secure WebDAV URL. The app will then upload all the files from the working folder to the WeDAV folder, adding a date-stamp to each file’s existing name.

Upon completion of uploading all files, a quick check such as file size compare is desired to verify completion. The app will then move the files from the working folder to a new folder named the date-stamp used above for archival purposes.

Once these processes have been completed, the files on the recorder may be erased. Error handling at this point is to stop the process and reset. The files on the recorder will be untouched allowing the process to restart.

More detailed descriptions with functional diagrams, user interface layout, etc. are available upon request.

2 Items: Convert an 11-page pdf to Microsoft Word (for Mac) format so that I can fully edit that particular document in Microsoft Word on my Mac. Render PDF page of specific Joomla page and add this to the invoices (see above).

Create a Joomla newsletter-template that will render modules, like latest products, articles with images, calendar modules in a good way for PDF. Template will only be used for this.
In other words, the newsletter IS the Joomla page. Some static content and some dynamically updated content.
Template should probably have fixed outer dimensions.
Preferably use Joomla or Virtuemart built in pdf function.

3. Format addresses correctly in Virtuemart
Use existing database to fetch address format in different countries.
Create a Virtuemart function that outputs the customer addresses in the correct format for the customers country.
The address formats are stored in the vm_country table in the field: addrFormat. Every country has a stored format, even if some are similar.
Examples:
USA:
[STREET ADDRESS]
[CITY], [REGION] [ZIPCODE]
[COUNTRY]

Norway:
[STREET ADDRESS]
[ZIPCODE] [CITY]
[COUNTRY]

Easiest way to do this is with replace:

Implemented formatted address the following places:

4. Create new field in the country table: state_req
Also add this to the country edit page VM backend.
If value is 1 State should be a required field in all address registration. If it is 0 (zero) State is not required.

The site will connect Realtors across the country, creating a network for referring clients to one another. Not just any Realtor will be able to join the site. Realtors will fill out an application form and we will screen them. We are looking for agents that are educated, experienced, and that use email, the internet, social networking sites (Twitter, Facebook, blogging, etc.), and their cellphone (i.e. Blackberry, iPhone) as an integral part of conducting their business.
We want to build the website on an easy platform that allows for easy expansion of the site on the administrative end (so we can add pages ourselves later on) and we would like to be able to edit content ourselves as well after the site is built.
We for sure would like to use GoogleMapsAPI, and if you can check out the site wufoo.com they have a form builder where you can embed forms into your website and it tracks all the data of the forms. They also have a payment built in, but the plan that has that is $15/mth more, so we might just want to use Paypal payment if that’s easy enough to integrate. We are open to using other existing software that might make the site easier to build and use, since we want it up running soon and would rather have some monthly payments then a large upfront development cost. We can then do further stages of development as the site grows and becomes more popular.

I have a PHP script that sends an autoresponder email series of text messages out to subscribers. The code is 95% complete but needs 2 additional functions added to it to complete it.
