Website Monitoring Program
We would like a full site built for monitoring:
* HTTP – Web URL
* POP3 – Email
* SMTP – Outgoing Email
* FTP
* SSL (HTTPS)
* Ping
* Web Page Content
Must include user signup, payment processing link, graphs, website, monitoring software (cron jobs), historical reports, and ability to run on two servers so that if one goes down the other takes over.

Alertsite, pingdom, siteuptime, monstastic, uptrends, websitepulse.
Must not resell code. Must provide all source code. Must not violate copyright laws and all code must be original or fully open source.
All bug must be fixed.
Site must monitor and report on uptime. User must be able to login and look at stats. User must be able to get SMS of downtime on phone. User must be able to receive email reports upon downtime or daily or both.
