Need A WordPress Theme Created

I need someone to create a theme in wordpress that is similar to my shopping cart.
Originally I planned to dump wordpress content into my ecommerce cart, but that looks like a lot more work.
I have a fairly simple design that I use on my cart, and I would like someone to be able to use it’s header, and footer, as my wordpress theme.
This is a low budget project as it should not be much work. If the winning bidder does a good job, I have 4 other themes I need done as well!
Please only bid if you are very qualified at this.
