Custom Vector Logo

I need a custom logo designed in highest-quality in the major formats for uploading to my website, and for print materials. The vector logo should be:
* Web 2.0 – BOLD but still business classy. This is a “modern” local business search engine.
* Should have a “wow” factor. Should leave an impression, and look “professional” yet engaging. “Memorable and cool”.
* I will need this vector – and in the major formats, as your work will be the “official” logo!
Description: The logo that needs to be created is:
“NorthernKentucky411.com” – ” N o r t h e r n K e n t u c k y 4 1 1 . c o m ” (spaced out to ensure proper spelling.
* I would like to see the “411″ in the logo a bit larger so it sticks out for memory.
* Blue/Orange/White/Black. No other colors should be used. You do NOT have to use all colors either. Once I agree to the logo, I’ll pay you then we can change the #CSS to match exactly!
* Please use your creative skills. There are NO limitations.
We are ready to pay the first acceptable mockup that meets all of these standards. We will NOT post this for several days/weeks and play designers off each other. That is not how we operate. We are looking for this work ASAP. Please, take your time, and you will be rewarded. Thanks a million!
