I am looking for a excellent programmer who work on my weight loss site. I have 3 PSD with me you need to slice 2 of them whichare very small need to add some coding in that and deliver the working site. Hence you need to be very good in
1. XHTML conversion with W3C validation and browserindependence code with div only
2. good knowledge of PHP coding
3. Excellent understanding.
