Remove Virus From 5 Websites

I have several websites that where infected by iframe injection
the sites are
latinos tubedotcom
mega portal latino dot com
and other sites infected (5)
need to
remove iframe malware code
sites have been blacklisted need to remove
from google black list, I will need other work that includes
upload and Setup of oscmax on 3 websites, add headers provided by me, update header on another site
