Easy Cms Installation/template

You will be given temporary Cpanel access to make your databases and everything!
You will have to install pligg, which will TAKE NO TIME AT ALL, and then put in this template, which is easy!
Notice it says pligg beta 9, make sure you install right version.

Then we need modifications:
—Instead of upcoming and published, it will be replaced with “Stories” all over the site
—Pligg references removed, and the big pligg banner be replaced with a banner provided by us
—Top Today will be replaced with Top stories, and only the Top Stories will be displayed
—Under Top Today, you will insert the google ADS provided by me.
—Recaptcha when signing up, and finally submitting a story to be posted
—All submitted stories must land on the home page of the website.(There is only one category, which is so obvious, and thus all posts on main page)
This is a fairly SIMPLE job. Looking for someone bright to work on it. Time is not an issue as long as you work efficiently and well.
Budget is $10-$30. We may go up to somewhere between $30 to $50 depending on if we have you do any more modifications and also as a bonus for good work.
Extra money paid if you can come up with a good banner(do not include this as part of your bid).
MONEY WILL BE PUT IN ESCROW, AT MOST ONLY $30, rest paid afterward if You will receive more because your bid was above it or if you deserve it.
THIS JOB WILL LEAD TO MANY OTHER SIMPLE JOBS!!!
Example, after this, I need a site similar to newhueinteriors.com for a client, you will be paid $100-$200 for just making the site, putting in information and form, and that is it, much less work than described here.
