Online Quotation System
Project Brief:
1) Client is currently using 3 ‘paper forms’ to:
i) create a quotation (when requested by client)
ii) create an invoice (to request for payment)
iii) create a receipt (when payment is received)
2) They would require an online(php-mysql) system that would enable them to do i), ii) and iii) and then printed using their office printer.
Deliverables:
1) A design document with static screenshots of the different modules of the Online System. (this document needs to be approved by client prior to actual development work)
2) A online(php-mysql) system that would include:
i) creation of quotation/s
ii) creation of invoice/s
iii) creation of receipt/s
iv) management of users
v) management of header & footer
vi) management of running number/s
vii) management of terms & conditions
viii) backup of data via CSV format
ix) adjust page margins
3) Resolve any bugs/script errors within 60 days of project completion.
Timeframe:
I) 7 days for Deliverable (1)
II) 2 days for fine-tuning of Deliverable (1)
III) 14 days for Deliverable (2)
IV) 7 days for fine-tuning of Deliverable (2)
Conditions:
1) You must not use this project as your portfolio in any form (be it, print, web, electronic or otherwise) within 5 years of completion of project.
2) Development work will be done on our server. After client approves work, the files will up transferred to actual client server.
3) Full php code is to be delivered without callbacks, encryption or hidden comments.
