Nice Website Design. Ugently.
I want to get a design done its straight forward with really only 1 image I will supply we will use a demo logo for now.
So it is not a heavy design job, but it must look clean.
Please ask me any questions.

Need mockups by wednesday and working demo by thursday.
What I need:
Straight forward conservative but modern design. with logo in top left.
1. Homepage – straight forward design with some text. Colours will be blues and greys.
2. Formmail made up of questions question page. I want a dhtml popup box to help with questions, (like prompts)
a set of questions will have thumbnails, I want dhml roll over that will show larger image on each one.

simple formmail script, hide email address in the actual script but not in the html for bots to harvest.
OTHER POINTS:
You will be required to:
upload to my ftp server all demos (so I can show to client) / I do not want demos on your server.
It is requested your company name not appear on any of the pages, for demos or other wise.
