Fix Oscommerce Issue

My client has a problem with his oscommerce. In the admin it says that there are 28 pending orders, but when you click to view the pending order, the list is not displaying them. I hired another developer from scriptlance and it has been over a week without any progress or contact about the project. Please let me know if this can be fixed asap. This is very urgent! 28 pending orders that we can’t see is a major problem.
