Php Developer For Our Team

We are putting together a new business that will be offering web design, programming, development and server administration/maintenance.
Basically I myself can do most of the design type work but not so good at the programming, like PHP, mysql, AJAX, etc
We already have a server technician on board and looking for 2 – 3 programmers who must have good experience in:
CRELoaded / osCommerce
Joomla
PHP
AJAX
Javascript,
XML,
the more knowledge and experience the better.
You must be prepared to also work on our website helping to make better to improve our sales, this benefits you as you will be part of the business.
