Magento Skin / Template

Hi. I currently run a Magento site selling pet supplies. I’m looking for an exceptional designer to help create a clean and colourful skin to be used with my site.
If you’re not capable of coding the skin, but are happy to create a psd then please still post your bid and I’ll use someone else to do the coding.
Here’s an example of a site I really like – welliesandworms.co.uk , please don’t copy it, I want a unique skin. I want a template that is up to this standard, please don’t give me example of templates that are below this standard.
If you’re able to create a simple mock up of your ideas then you’re more likely to win the bid.
