Asp Optimization

Need help with a site that is coded in ASP. Currently there are 50-100 static pages, all pages are using the same HTML layout. Currently we have to change every page to make updates to the site. We would like the site to instead be coded to load a template file for our sites HTML, so that changes can be made quickly. We can handle updating the code throughout the site, we just need a programmer who can produce one page as an example for us to follow.
