Inventory Update – Live Feed

I am looking for a script to run (as often as every 15 minutes) that will update my webstore inventory, pricing, add new products & delete products that are no longer available. Currently I have only one supplier but script should be flexible so I could add more. I am using Interspire Shopping Cart v.5.02. My current supplier offers a php live feed. Thanks!
