Basic Admin Area Php Script 4

I have a small php message board script and need an admin area for it, so that I can log in and delete posts and ban users by user id and ip.
Also, when you post a message on the site (it is already up and running) there is a 404 message after you post. Instead, when you post, it should take you back to the topic. i need this error fixed, so you see the topic after making a post.
lastly i need a new copy of the script emailed to me after the changes above have been made, so i have a backup.
