Small Easy Mobile Site

I would like to have a mobile site for iphone, blackberry etc. The site would use a couple widgets from espn.com and allow users to become members and upload video/pictures using their mobile device. Simple design with 2 colors. welcome screen join/login. once join or logged on user can view widgets and can upload or view video or pix. A small social networking script would work well, does no need to be custom, but must perform for mobile devices.
