I need a clone of Muslim prayer time (Salaat timetable)

I need it as a component and module for joomla.
please make sure you can finish the project successfully and on time before bidding.
also, please make sure the calculation you use to calculate time
on the script should be very precise because one second difference in a day can make a big difference few months later..
