Need En Expert In Css/xhtml

We are looking for en expert in CSS/XHTML/HTML to redesign several pages (homepage in 3 different languages. 2 of them have the same design, one has a bit different) and make it cross browser compatible (the existing design was made cross browser compatible as well).
Existing pages are in .tpl and .css format.

Possible future projects can be discussed after seeing the results of this one.
