Complex Joomla Site Install

This project also includes configuring custom modules. the site uses community builder to allow users to make reviews on restaurants, attractions, events, snowboarding and surfing. each reviews address is used to create a custom google map. All files are there just the site needs to be set up on my server. The site was up and running on my server on Wednesday but something happened. The team that was created the site on their server just stopped working and responding. I need this done a.s.a.p.
