Html + Pdf Flyers

I need someone to convert PDf designs to html to be used as email flyers. I wish to create a template for regular use. I also produce flyers in word and wish thse to be converted or modified into pdfs. I also have a web site and wish for changes to be made from time to time or a new page added. I am not an expert in thse fields
