Email Address For Auto Dealers

Hello thank your for taking your time to read this job ad.
We are looking for someone that can accurately mass email a 3 paragraph sales solicitation letter to the decision maker at auto dealerships. Would like all states except CA but would consider partial states as a test first. We want a copy of the list that includes current email address with contact name and phone number with the physical address of the dealership. We are not looking for the mass junk email list out on the web. If you can help with this project please let us know and what state or states you can do.
