Proxy Selling Website

The website will be used for proxy selling.
general summary of the mechanism:
login page, the user would login to his account, he would be able to charge his account using e-currency: webmoney, liberty-reserve… once he is on, he can surf the proxy, select a proxy, buy it and it will be deleted from the website and the amount would be deducted from his account. (that’s the mechanism basically).
Admin page:
should include a pannel to approve accounts, Add proxy, Remove proxy. change the price. add new item to sell such as socks, VPN… that would work on the same basis of the mechanism stated above.
