For personal reasons the project that was recently hired to do this project could not finish it – so I am reopening the project up.

I need a new template for a newsletters email program (see below). My client wants his newsletters to look more like his web site. The attached html file is a template from the program he uses. I need a new template that will work with his program, but look more like it came from his site. He will still use the program wysiwyg (which is very basic) to change out images and text so all image/text sections need to be contained in tables for easy changes. It must also contain the variables as seen in this sample template and the new template should be constructed so it will work across multiple email clients and OSs. I want to present 2-3 ideas to the client to choose from.

Here is a comment from my client, “I would like it to have a location for jpgs and text that would be fixed. When I use the program now, I never know how a picture might effect the whole email, one time it might jumble up the text, or it might move another picture to an undesired location within the email, it might change the whole the format.”

I am in need of an ASP developer to fix some simple forms that you fill out and submit. There are required fields and I don’t think this functionality is working. One of our forms works and the other does not.

I also need the programmer for future projects. We have a number of PHP developers but need an ASP programmer to call on.

I’m in need of a simple windows program. Could be written in C or it could be .net or VB. I’m not worried as long as it works.

This program needs to read a URL or a keyword from a CSV file and navigate internet explorer to either the URL or a google search of the keyword. Then the program must record any and all popup ads that occur. These won’t be popups launched from the browser, but popups/unders launched by a third party adware product. Multiple products will be tested on various machines, so the script should just detect a new browser window opening and grab the final URL (not the refresh but the final destination URL) of the popup/under ad and record it in a CSV with the Date and Time the popup occured.

The the program grabs the next URL/keyword from the list and starts the process again.

If the URL/Keyword input starts with an http:// then it should be treated as a URL, otherwise treat it as a keyword.

This program must utilize internet explorer and record the data it collects in a CSV file. It must work with Windows XP and Vista

Additionally, this program will need to grab a screenshot of the popup that appears, save it and record the filename of that screencap in the output csv file.

The program should run continuously 24 hours a day 7 days a week for atleast a month at a time.
