I am looking for someone who can provide a fix for a slow running traffic exchange. It was running fine on a VDS at GoDaddy, but since moving onto a more powerful dedicated server, the surfing and certain other tasks are extremely slow.

I can make many guesses as to what the problem is, but I’m not a programmer, so they would be no more than guesses, and probably not very useful!
