I have a small PHP website that requires a number of changes to be made. The site has about 10 pages in total and the changes required are listed below.

1) Font on the pages needs to be increased and made darker or easier to read.
2) A number of words in the text need to be changed accross the site. Very easy Find & Replace function task.
3) Appearance of buttons and a few other aspects on the site needs to be improved or replaced to look more professional and visually appealing.
4) The current logo needs to be changed but i will supply the new logo so easy swap.
5)A new page and link needs to be created for terms and conditions. I will supply all content and formatting in a html page for tranfer to PHP.
6) Some small changes to a contact form (e.g removing a couple of drop down items and pointing to another email address). Also needs a spam box to be included)
7) Updating of the contact details page. All details supplied for easy transfer.

We are upgrading our website currently – It has basic e-commerce capabilities – We wish to add User registration & checkout to our site (before all checkout was directed to PayPal) – You must be familiar with SQL Server and clean coding practices – I am the only contact for this project to further simplify things. Design of website will be created from a template, no graphical editing will be needed.

Ok I have a website (http://www.letterstoprison.com) that allows users (inmates in prison) to buy packages that give them profile slots. The profiles do not have expired date, but the slots do. I need a way to see what accounts have more approved profiles then profile slots. I then need to be able to activate or deactivate the profile (by changing “approved” field to 0 or 1.

I then would need to have some type of report that I can run by date range. The web report would have one inmate per page and would list the profile that has expired. I could add details of the letter to the code. I could print the letters and mail it to the inmates that their profile has expired.

Also I have a page that allows people to email prison inmates. The form adds the info to a table. I need a field IP address added to the form and to be added to the table when submitted. This would be the user IP address and not editable. On the same form I have a “message detail” and need it limited to 500 characters. This could be done by a character limit count down box or after submit pops back with error message that it was too long by blah blah characters. Your choice.
