I want to get an image similar to http://redkey.ca/Kelowna-real-estate.htm onto my developer link on my website. I have cloned and added a few files like searchlisting01.php and others. The reason I added these files is I want the developer interface working with it*s own design. I have already started the design. You can already see the design taking shape. I have also added a interface **SHOW** to the admin panel under new_property_form.html.php and property_form.html.php and modified the property.php and property_class.php… basically this is to ensure **SHOW** and **SALE** can have a different layout and are not mistaken. The *SHOW* is to show developements. Some modifications to the database and the above noted files and more files would need to be done. Some of this job has been already done.. just need someone to finish up for me.

Pictures onto this interface seem to load without problems but another picture interface may be necessary in order to modify the size of pictures appearing. This is a easy clone job. Hi, this is a very simple task for someone with knowledge of open source CMS or e-commerce tools.

I currently maitain a database in Access from which I will generate a CSV file with thousands of products every day.

I need to be able to import these products to my site and list them online having the flexibility of filtering by category or keyword. The design of the categories and products page have to be in line with my home page.

The categories need to be displayed on my home page with the number of items shown in parenthesis. Example: Laptops (4)

I also need a SEARCH (by keyword) and a ADVANCED SEARCH (specific for each field) feature integrated in the home page.

At this point I do not need e-commerce functionality with cart and so on but I would like to have the flexibility to add that later so the tool must be scalable enough for that.

I am attempting to build a question and answer site similar to just answer dot com if you would like to get an idea of the type of site with some of the same features, but different format. You go to the site and ask a question in a category (electronics, computers, etc) for a price. The expert gets involved and and can then lock the question or give it up. When the question gets answered, the customer then accepts the answer and pays the person answering the question. The site gets a percentage of pay as does the expert answering the question.

- administration area

The application should be able to generate web content depending on the country of a visitor:
- language
- currency

What will be provided:

- the application architecture as UML diagrams
- ongoing project management from user interface all way down to the code level

What is expected from the programmers/developers:
- ability to work using an agile development methodology, coordinating each stage with the project architect who will be managing the programming side of this application

I have a home page and content page converted into HTML/CSS.

The navigation needs to function with roll-overs. And a few of them have a submenu on the content page.

The main graphic will be a ‘slide show’ flash and part of the page will need to float over the top of it.

Small logos at the bottom of the homepage needs to fade in and out (flash).

The buttons need to have a mouse over.
